    I like how you compared it to a rubber band. It really makes sense to me now…so if I want to jump my highest at practice or something, I should really take the extra time to really stretch out?

    Great video thanks. My son is 17, how often should he train his legs?

    @randym335 I would suggest twice a week.

    @CalmCune I would stretch after your workouts…The idea behind these workouts are to lengthen your muscles so you can build more elastic energy.

    @PlasmARaiderZ Keep them low with the weight high…4-6 reps. 3-4 sets.

    i really appreciate your work im 6’4″ and i only can jump 12 inches(i know its humiliating) but i have long arms so i can touch the rim. my question is how many weeks do i have to continue training to get at least 20 inches? and some friends of mine said that “if you dont shave your legs the muscle wont strengthen enough”. is this a true fact?
    thanks already

    @VerticalJumpKing Okay, so stretch after practice. Awesome. Will stretching beforehand have an effect on my bounce?

    @DaFlyingDutchman93 It depends on a few different things including work ethic, what program you’re using (if any) your genetics, and your diet. PM me if you want more advice.

    P.S. JOTG offers all of the things listed above (besides genetics :)

    would this work as a pregame workout?

    @lolzillafirefox I would try and avoid doing this before a practice or a game and would focus more on doing this when you have a day off.
