    Would the same rules apply for forward/up combos? Thinking of basketball it’s often about translating forward motion into upward motion. Something like broad jumps into tuck jumps perhaps?

    Nice video, I’ve been doing hops side to side and forwards and backwards on one foot, might give this a shot, won’t be such an impact on my joints!

    A question I have is weight training for your legs, if you are doing the program you’ve outlined and playing Basketball a couple times a week and also doing upper body weights a few times a week, can your body really cope with lower body weights as well? Is it better to do lower body weights for a few months then this program? Thanks

    Also, what is with Darth Vader behind the camera! He sounded like he was doing a harder workout holding that thing than you were with the plyo jumps!

    yo shouldnt break 90 degress on these workouts…. your gonna destroy your knees

    @NDJPro Studies have been done that say going below parrelel is actually good for your hip/knee/ankle joints. Hence why ATG squats are said to be better for you. As long as you have a some foundational strength, these plyometric exercises are perfectly fine for you to do.

    what if we dont have a weight room or any weights and we cant possible to weighted squats, deadlifts, etc?
    I REALLY want to but i cant. any alternatives?
