kbandstraining.com Click the link above and learn how to use this drill along with the many other volleyball drills located on our website, Kbands Training. Within the link you will find a description of how many reps and sets to complete with every workout routine to optimize your results. Volleyball players must work to enhance their skills on top of simple spiking drills. 15 to 20 minutes a day should be designated to core strength and jump training to improve each volleyball player’s skills. When moving through jump training a volleyball player must be sure to spend the least amount of time possible on the ground. Long hesitations will limit the benefits of jump training. Also in this drill you will see a glute walk. These are great for injury prevention and strengthening the glutes.
