Jump training makes you growth spurt? No it’s on the compression you get from jumping. you’ll actually get taller after rest. i test my height it did cost “spurt” but my rock bottom height is five five and my highest on i could touch the bar from the ceiling which is 7’3″ and i’m 5 eight!!!!! Doctor said i’m gonna be six ft and i’m 18.

im 5’8 168 pounds (muscle of course) 14 years old and have a reach of 7’1. i can grab a 10 foot rim and have a vertical of 36 inches. i want to increase my vertical by about 6 inches to be able to dunk. Are resistance exercises the best way to increase my vertical?

Ok you know the body right. I have feet that have an arch is that bad or good. I tried googling all I got was high arch symptoms and stuff. I appear to not a server arch and not be flat footed. Do I have a problem or am I normal. I am sure It is not as severe as the picture than again I am not looking at them in an angle.

@YnVProductions Nope. Don’t confuse basic health in how you’ll jump higher. It depends on what training nature you are in. Solid principles being for jump, you gonna need to bust your ass in the gym. Doctors don’t even got hops. They merely have time even at least 3 hours a week. You don’t train for long periods, just twice a week with maximal recovery time put in your joints alone. Heavy lifting should dominate over any performance. Then basketball is just my penis.
