    That last dunk is hard. The first JOTG guy I have seen dunk the ball off the dribble. It looks like the others can’t get up with ball in hand… Maybe they can?

    @VerticalJumpKing man, please tell me how do you work out… is it plyometrics that did more work or is it weights and if it’s that what weights-plyos and how… im stuck at 330 inches vertical with no approach and 35 running… that would be good if i wasn’t 5,6 tall!!! i need to become better and more explosive, i know i can do it but i need some help as to how… i can only put the work… :/ i seem to know a lot about vert but i can’t find the right exercises
    pls help… keep flying man!
